For many years now, we've been so happy to be able to include a basic email service at no additional cost as a bonus with your subscription.

We're not going anywhere, but our email service for BarkBuilder & Radiant WebTools will be shut down on December 1st, 2023. After this date, you will no longer be able to send or receive email using your account with us.

Unfortunately, the provider for our email services has announced an end-of-life for their product offerings. We wanted to let you know as soon as we could to give you as much time as possible to migrate to an alternative solution.

In light of this news, we would encourage you to set up a new email service elsewhere and migrate your email there as soon as possible.

There are a number of options for you choose from in terms of email providers. And if you're a non-profit organization or a church, many providers offer a non-profit version of their email services at no cost, with steep discounts on their more robust paid plans.

Microsoft 365 is one of those providers, and the one that we would highly recommend. We use Microsoft 365 for all our business email and find it to be very powerful and reliable. If you'd like to explore this route with your own business or non-profit, we've put together an info packet here on our support site:

Have questions? Just reply to this note or start a new conversation with us using the support chat in your Dashboard.

Need help? We understand this may seem like a daunting task. If you would prefer to have some one-on-one support as you move through this process, and you don't have an IT department or tech person on staff to help, we can help with your migration every step of the way.

This dedicated support is available for a one-time fee of $300. Just send us a note and we'd be happy to help! πŸ‘πŸ»

Note that this support is limited to the transition process only; we're unable to provide direct support for your new email provider - you would obtain that directly from them.
